designing a flexible PCB is not a

simple task. using advanced modeling techniques and powerful 3D modeling software, designPORT was able to create a single model that is capable of representing the PCB in both a bent and flat pattern configurations. thanks to the advanced techniques used, designPORT was able to fine tune the model to ensure the PCB would fit perfectly the first time.

this one size fits all shoe was

designed to be pulled over street shoes to give employees traction in slippery environments such as commercial kitchens. thermoplastic elastomer resin, custom grip features, and advanced sketch-driven pattern modeling techniques were used to bring this robust product to life.

working closely with industrial

design firms, designPORT can quickly move from "art to part" and develop manufacturable designs based off of artist's sketches. an intimate understanding of manufacturing processes allows designPORT to develop production ready designs in as little as a couple of days while minimizing adjustments to hard tooling or reworking of parts.

an attractive, rugged design was

crucial to the success of this product. mounted underneath the cab of semi-trucks, this enclosure houses delicate instrumentation allowing drivers to instantly check the weight of their cargo. a tough impact-modified polycarbonate case, robust o-ring seal design and custom wire form draw latches made this product rise to the challenge and excel in the market.

market research and methodical

design made this sleek, elegant battery charger compatible with every commercially available power tool battery pack. Custom beryllium copper battery contacts, light pipe, and PCB sealed in an ultrasonically welded case made this unique product a success.
